Product Features

Synchronized Nutrient Release

Polymer membrane technology releases nutrients gradually over 3-6 months, matching crop demand curves and eliminating feast-or-famine nutrient cycles.

Reduced Leaching Losses

Controlled release reduces nitrogen leaching by up to 70% compared to conventional fertilizers, protecting groundwater and reducing environmental impact.

Single-Season Application

One application at planting provides nutrition for the entire crop cycle, reducing labor, fuel, and equipment costs from 3-4 applications to one.

Temperature-Dependent Release

Release rate increases with soil temperature, naturally accelerating during warm growing periods and slowing during cool dormant periods.

Salt Stress Reduction

Polymer coating prevents high salt concentration around roots, eliminating seedling burn and allowing safe placement near seeds and transplants.

Export-Grade Quality

Manufactured to ISO 9001 standards with SGS pre-shipment inspection. Full COA with release curve data provided with every shipment.

Application Scope

SRF polymer-coated fertilizer is ideal for high-value crops, nurseries, turf, ornamentals, and environmentally sensitive areas where single-application convenience and reduced losses are priorities.

🌾

High-Value Crops

Vegetables, strawberry, melon, tobacco. Apply 300-600 kg/HA as single basal application at planting.

🌳

Turf & Lawns

Golf courses, sports fields, landscaping turf. 150-300 kg/HA for 3-4 month sustained green-up.

🌿

Nurseries & Ornamentals

Container plants, potted ornamentals, seedlings. Mix 2-4 g/L into potting substrate for season-long nutrition.

Recommended Application Method

Crop StageApplication RateMethod
Field crops (basal)300-600 kg/HASoil incorporation 5-10cm deep at planting
Turf150-300 kg/HABroadcast and water in; do not core-aerate for 2 weeks
Container / potting mix2-4 g per liter of substrateMix uniformly into growing medium before planting

Mixing Precautions & Compatibility

⚠ Important Mixing Restrictions
  • Do NOT crush, grind, or split coated granules: Damaging the polymer coating destroys the controlled release mechanism, causing all nutrients to release immediately as a conventional fertilizer.
  • Do NOT mix with high-salt fertilizers in the same band: High osmotic concentration from other fertilizers can compromise polymer membrane integrity and alter release kinetics.
  • SRF + conventional NPK: Compatible for blending. Use SRF as the basal slow-release component and conventional fertilizer for immediate early-season availability.
  • SRF + organic fertilizer: Compatible and recommended. Organic matter improves soil structure and microbial activity while SRF provides sustained mineral nutrition.
  • SRF + micronutrients: Compatible. Granular micronutrient blends can be mixed without affecting polymer coating integrity.
  • Soil incorporation required: Surface application without incorporation exposes coated granules to UV degradation and physical damage. Incorporate 5-10cm deep for optimal performance.
  • Storage: Keep sealed and dry. Protect from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and physical impact that could crack the polymer coating. Store below 30°C.
