Our fertilizers have a shelf life of 24 months when stored in sealed, original packaging. Proper storage conditions are: dry, ventilated warehouse, temperature below 30 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and contaminants. Once the packaging is opened, the product should be used within 6 months. We print the manufacturing date and expiration date on every bag.
Yes, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every shipment at no additional cost. The COA details the nutrient content (N, P, K percentages), moisture content, granule size distribution, heavy metal limits, and other quality parameters verified by our in-house QC laboratory. We can also arrange SGS or CIQ third-party testing before shipment if required by the buyer.

In the rare event of a quality dispute, we follow a structured resolution process. First, the buyer provides the disputed sample and test report. We review the issue and, if needed, arrange SGS re-inspection at the destination port.
