A vertically integrated 50,000 sqm fertilizer manufacturing complex in Dezhou, Shandong, China — engineered for consistent bulk supply, rigorous quality control, and reliable global export.
Located in the Industrial Zone of Dezhou City, Shandong Province — one of China's most established agricultural and chemical production hubs — our facility combines automated production lines, an in-house quality control laboratory, and large-capacity warehousing under one roof. This vertical integration lets us guarantee consistent product quality, competitive factory-direct pricing, and on-schedule delivery for bulk export orders.
Our 50,000 square meter facility was designed from the ground up to serve the demands of international B2B buyers. The site houses multiple automated granulation lines capable of producing 3,000 metric tons of finished fertilizer per day across nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, compound, water-soluble, and organic formulations.
Beyond production, the complex includes a dedicated quality control laboratory staffed by trained chemists, raw material and finished-goods warehousing with 50,000-ton capacity, and a container loading yard with direct access to the regional logistics network. From raw material intake to container sealing, every step happens under our control — eliminating the quality and timing risks that come with multi-supplier sourcing.
The facility operates under ISO 9001 quality management and is regularly inspected by SGS and CIQ. This ensures every shipment meets both your specifications and your destination country's import requirements.
The infrastructure and capacity to fulfill large-volume export orders on schedule, shipment after shipment.
A controlled, documented production workflow from raw material procurement to export shipping — every batch is traceable and quality-verified at each stage.
Sourced from certified upstream suppliers with full certificate of analysis (COA) for every lot. Raw materials are quarantined and tested before release to production.
Automated granulation lines produce uniform 2–4mm granules with consistent nutrient distribution. Drum granulation, compaction, and blending lines handle every product category.
In-house QC lab tests every batch for nutrient content (N, P, K), moisture, granule strength, and heavy metals. Batches that do not meet specification are rejected.
Automated weighing and bagging into 10kg, 25kg, 50kg, or 1,000kg jumbo bags. Private-label printing, multilingual labeling, and shrink-wrapped pallets available.
Optimized container loading at our on-site yard to maximize tonnage per 20GP/40HQ container. Loading photos and seal records provided for every shipment.
Complete export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, phytosanitary, SGS/CIQ reports). FOB, CIF, or CFR terms to any global port.

Every batch of fertilizer leaving our facility is tested in our dedicated QC laboratory. We do not rely on third-party verification alone — quality control is built into our production process.
Our laboratory is equipped with UV-Vis spectrophotometers, Kjeldahl nitrogen distillation units, flame photometers, moisture analyzers, granule strength testers, and heavy-metal testing capabilities. Each instrument is calibrated on a strict schedule against certified reference materials.
Every production batch is tested for total nitrogen (N), available phosphorus (P2O5), water-soluble potassium (K2O), moisture content, granule size distribution, granule crushing strength, and heavy-metal limits (Pb, Cd, As, Hg). A certificate of analysis (COA) is issued for every batch and shipped with the export documents.
The facility operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Independent verification is provided by SGS pre-shipment inspection and CIQ (China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine) release for export shipments requiring official certificates.
Large-capacity, climate-controlled storage and an on-site container loading yard ensure your orders are staged, loaded, and shipped without delay.
Our warehousing complex provides 50,000 metric tons of finished-goods storage capacity across multiple climate-controlled warehouses. Temperature and humidity are monitored continuously to preserve product integrity — particularly important for water-soluble, organic, and slow-release formulations that are sensitive to moisture uptake.
Raw materials are stored separately from finished goods in dedicated quarantine and release zones, ensuring full traceability from input to output. Inventory is managed on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis with real-time stock visibility.
The on-site container loading yard accommodates simultaneous loading of multiple 20GP and 40HQ containers. Our loading teams optimize cargo distribution to maximize tonnage per container while complying with weight limits — lowering your landed cost per ton. Loading photos, container seal numbers, and a loading report are provided for every shipment.
Three specialized teams work together to deliver a seamless experience for international buyers — from your first inquiry through to after-sale technical support.
Multilingual account managers fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic handle your inquiries, quotations, contract negotiation, order tracking, and export documentation. Direct WhatsApp and email access ensures fast, clear communication across time zones.
Agronomists and chemical engineers provide product selection guidance, NPK formula recommendations based on your soil and crop conditions, dosage and application protocols, and troubleshooting support after delivery.
Laboratory chemists and floor QC inspectors test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods against specification. They issue certificates of analysis and coordinate with SGS and CIQ for independent verification.
